The Cannes Lions are huge worldwide Advertising awards. That means they’re pretty prestigious and you want to win them, so we’re pretty stoked that some of our grads just have.
The Direct and Promo Lion awards were recently presented at Cannes, with AIM Proximity/Colenso BBDO picking up two Golds and a Silver for their Yellow Pages “Yellow Treehouse” campaign, and DDB picking up two Bronze for Pascall’s “When Will The Fruit Burst” campaign. Both campaigns had MDS Creative Advertising graduates on the creative teams – Anne Boothroyd and Christie Cooper respectively.
A summary – more details added when we know them:
DDB Auckland: Pascall “When will the fruit burst”
- Gold: Best Use of Print and Standard Outdoor in a Promotional Campaign
- Gold: FMCG
- Silver (Direct)
Colenso BBDO Auckland/AIM Proximity Auckland: Yellow Pages “Yellow Treehouse Restaurant”
- Bronze (Promo)
- Bronze (Direct)
Well done!
